Since 2005, the Willis Foundation has been in close contact with families of active and reserve duty military and has paid for the sending of their care packages. We believe this service comforts the families and the brave men and women who are protecting our country.

Currently, the Willis Foundation provides this service at our expense. If you would like us to provide this service for you, please click the Care Package Request Form link.  When finished completing the form, you may either e-mail it to Mariko Buhl or mail to:

Requirements for Care Package Program:

• Must be a package for an overseas soldier.
  
• Willis Foundation will send care package(s) once per calendar year per family.
  
• Fill out the Care Package Request form.
  
• Complete Customs Form (available at any US Post Office) before bringing Care Package to Willis Foundation office.

Please note: The Corporal Christopher Kelly Willis Foundation reserves the right to deny a Care Package Request for whatever reason it deems necessary.
